    How often should I replace my eyeliner?

    For hygiene and optimal performance, replace your eyeliner every 3-6 months or sooner if the texture changes or it causes irritation.

    Does the eyeliner smudge throughout the day?

    The formula is designed to resist smudging and fading under normal wear, but oily eyelids may need setting powder or eyeshadow for extended wear.

    Is this eyeliner safe for sensitive eyes?

    How long does the eyeliner last after opening?

      Not really Hot Fudge

      I purchased both the Hot Fudge and Intense Black. I was really excited to receive these in the mail as I had heard and seen such great things about The Quick Flick and how easy it is to use. However, I was a bit disappointed that the Hot Fudge is only in the eyeliner pen while the wing is a similar colour to the Intense Black. You can see the difference in colour as the pen is light brown and the wing is black. I'm not sure if this is how the product is supposed to be but for a woman who loves brown eyeliner for a softer look, I am unable to achieve it with Hot Fudge. I do highly recommend purchasing Intense Black as it is a great colour and The Quick Flick did live up to the standard of being easy to use!

      Thank you for your feedback.

      The Quick Flick stamp and felt tip liner share the same ink cartridge so if the pens are stored vertically for extended periods of time (even during transit) it can cause excess ink flow to one end. As a result, the pigment may appear darker.

      What we would recommend doing is giving your pens a really good shake prior to use to ensure even ink flow distribution. You can also try storing your pens horizontally for a few hours to even out the ink distribution. Please ensure after this that you only store your Quick Flick pens horizontally.

      Not happy at all

      Unfortunately, while the right pencil (wing stamp) works fine, the “wing” tip of the left one is probably damaged as it doesn’t have leave any mark - so instead of the full wing of the stamp, I only get half of it which leaves me with a weird smudge :( (can attach pictures).

      Great! Ink dispersion the only minor issue

      This is amazing and I love it. My eyeliner takes a couple minutes instead of up to an hour now.

      Hot fudge is a great colour too because it lets black mascara stand out from the eyeliner instead of blending in so you see the full length of your lashes.

      The only minor issue is that I have to keep turning the pen every time I put it back otherwise one end will dry out. Storing it on its side doesn’t seem to help so rotating seems to be the best solution.
